Fostter Children Ltd grants a personal, limited license to enjoy the TriPeaks Solitaire gameplay mechanics within VentureVault Solitaire. This license prohibits commercial exploitation or content extraction.

3. Responsible Gameplay

Users shall:

• Engage with VentureVault Solitaire's pyramid-style card mechanics as designed
• Never employ third-party tools altering score algorithms or card randomization

4. Digital Ownership Rights

All visual elements, card deck designs, and progression systems in VentureVault Solitaire remain exclusive property. User-generated content becomes licensable to us upon creation.

5. Service Evolution

We reserve rights to:

• Adjust difficulty scaling in vault progression
• Modify reward economy balancing

With 30 days' notice for major changes affecting saved progress.

6. Technical Disclaimer

VentureVault Solitaire operates through "best effort" maintenance. We disclaim responsibility for:

• Device-specific performance variations
• Third-party network connectivity issues
